Shipping
A flat rate delivery fee of R95 is charged on all orders within South Africa.
International delivery rates depend on the items in your cart, this is calculated at checkout.
Unframed local orders will typically arrive within 3-5 working days from receipt of order. Framed local orders typically have a 14 working-day lead time. We print-to-order and make custom frames, so several days are required before we dispatch your order.
All our orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa.
Returns
We love our products and hope you do too. We regretfully do not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased off our online store.
If however an item is damaged upon arrival, we will set you up with an exchange* item. Simply send us an email at studio@jubey.co.za with your order number and we’ll take care of it.
*Damage exchanges/returns only valid within 7 days of receipt of order. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all collateral.
