What is JUBEY?

We're a Cape Town based online studio offering a unique selection of premium art prints, designed by Jubey Kirkpatrick.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept any Visa and Mastercard debit and/or credit cards. You can also process your payment via SnapScan or instant EFT at checkout.

How do I gift a print to someone?

Firstly, that makes you a very tasteful gift-giver. Just enter the recipient’s shipping address into the designated fields during checkout. If you don’t know what you want to gift, keep it simple and purchase a Digital Gift Card so they can select their gift themselves.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

We offer wholesale pricing for a range of hospitality, retail and corporate clients. If you would like to enquire about decorating your hotel, lodge, restaurant, office or shop with our high-quality prints, please get in touch with us at studio@jubey.co.za.

Orders

How long will it take to get my order?

Your package will typically arrive within 6-10 working days from receipt of order. We print-to-order, so require processing lead times of a few days before we dispatch your order.

All orders are dispatched from Cape Town, South Africa.

Can I cancel my order?

We process orders within 24 hours of them being placed. To change or cancel your order please contact us ASAP at studio@jubey.co.za

Why haven't I received an order confirmation?

Please check your Junk mail folder first. Allow up to 5 hours after purchase time to receive a confirmation email. Your order tracking number will be emailed within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you have not received anything after this time please contact us at studio@jubey.co.za

Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery times, please check the tracking number that was sent out to you. Still unable to locate your parcel? Please contact us at studio@jubey.co.za and we'll sort you out.

Shipping & Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Free delivery on orders over R1100.

Flat rate delivery fee of R95 on orders less than R1100.

What couriers do you use?

We use a centralised courier aggregator platform called uAfrica, which ships via RAM, SkyNet, DPD Laser, The Courier Guy and Internet Express.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, for the time being, we do not ship to destinations outside of South Africa.

Can I return a product?

We regretfully do not accept any returns or exchanges for products purchased off our online store.

If however an item is damaged upon arrival, we will set you up with an exchange item.

How do returns work?

Damage exchanges/returns are only valid within 7 days of receipt of order. All product returns must be shipped back in their original form of packaging and include all collateral.

Simply send us an email at studio@jubey.co.za with your order number and we’ll take care of it.

Products

What packaging do your prints come in?

Prints ordered without frames are packaged in either kraft envelope mailers (A4 & A3) or kraft shipping tubes (A2 & A1).

Prints ordered with frames are packaged in slim protective cardboard boxes.

What paper do you print on?

We print on 200gsm true fibre matt art paper with a smooth matt finish, that ensures a rich and vibrant display of colours.

What frames do you use?

We frame our prints exclusively with custom frames by Orms

Do you design custom prints?

Unfortunately we do not accept requests for custom drawn prints.
